It started with a recipe — handwritten on a yellowed card, passed from a grandmother's kitchen in Naples to her grandson's restaurant in Miami. That grandson, our founder, grew up watching his Nonna press dough with her palms, ladle sauce with her heart, and feed everyone who walked through her door as if they were family. When he arrived in Florida, he carried that card — and that spirit — with him. Napoli Street Pizza opened its first location in Miami with one wood-fired oven, a handful of imported ingredients, and an unshakeable belief: that the world deserves more than mediocre pizza. Today, with locations in Miami and Orlando, we serve hundreds of families every week. The oven has gotten bigger. The team has grown. But the dough is still fermented for 48 hours. The tomatoes are still San Marzano. And every guest is still treated like Nonna's family.
